1ST STUDENT ETNO FILM FESTIVAL (ETNOFF), 6TH-8TH NOVEMBER, 2015, SKOPJE<\/p>\n
The Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology (IEA) at the University St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, will mark its 10th year anniversary with the 1st Student Etno Film festival (ETNOFF), held 6th-8th November, 2015 in Skopje.
\nWe invite students of ethnology, anthropology and related background to apply with their short documentaries, treating important social, political and cultural issues, or simply telling an interesting story in the spirit of these disciplines.
\nDue to financial constrains we can cover hostel accommodation and food costs for a total of 10 students coming outside Macedonia. Travel expenses are on behalf of the participants. The authors of the movies present at the Festival will also participate in a Round Table on the challenges of new technologies for ethnography and visual anthropology.
\nPlease send your application, title of movie, duration and a short description of content to etnoff@gmail.com, along with a download link or a DVD copy of your movie (preferably through fast delivery), no later than 15th of October 2015. A notification of acceptance will be sent immediately after the closure of the selection process.
