Call for Participants
YT with the support of the Russian Geographical Society announces a call for creative minds and adventure seekers! Winners will have the opportunity to participate in an archaeological expedition <<Kyzyl-Kuragino>> in summer 2013!
How to join the contest? You have a lot of opportunities!
Option 1: Write a creative essay on one of the topics (maximum – 250 words, language – English):
A) “How the past influences the future”;
B) “If I found a historical artifact, I would …” ;
C) “YT of my dreams”
Essays should be sent by e-mail to: info@youth-time.org with the letter title “Expedition”.
Option 2:
Add photos to the YT album called “A Treasure of My Country.” The photo must depict something that you consider to be the most valuable treasure (pride) of your country. Photo must be taken by you personally and have a copyright symbol watermark.
Requirements to the participants of the contest:
1. Age: from 21 to 30 years;
2. Desire to explore this ancient culture;
3. A willingness to live in the field for 25 days (during one of the summer months from June to August 2013);
The organizers will provide accommodation, a round trip ticket, and visa support.
Works are accepted up until March 31, 2013. Hurry up!
